Property Market Database (Land & Buildings) that we have developed offers data rates as well as the transaction price data validity are adequate and up to date with adequate distribution throughout Indonesia. Our database is very useful for both the banks / financial institutions in order to guarantee transaction credit facility, as well as for professional appraiser or KJPP in order to make the process of valuation of assets that will ultimately improve the Service Level Agreement.
VALUATION TRAINING CENTER
Valuation Training Services is the training services of the theory and techniques of valuation both for property valuation and business valuation. This training is useful for prospective staff appraisers or banking/financial institutions, or other professions who want to know about valuation.
